I worked with Johanna Porras and this experience has been an absolute nightmare. At first she was very kind and convinced me to use the solar panels from this company, and after, she stopped answering my phone calls. Our bills from Eversource are incredibly high, and everything they said about the panels is a bunch of lies. They are scammers and only want your money. The number they have on file is not even working. I would highly recommend looking for another company.

What can I say! Alliance Solar Hands down best solar company around. We have sat with many solar companies and its the same thing, a sales rep trying to make a sale. Talking to our sales rep Jake felt like We were talking to family. Very funny, personable and answered all of our questions, even checked in on our dog months after install. We knew we made the right decision going with Alliance because we weren't treated as just a sale, ill be referring anyone i know!

So before I got my solar system installed I used to pay $75 - $100 a month for my electric bill, because I was put on an equal payment plan. Now with the solar system I pay around $300 to $350 a month in the winter time and $212 for the system in the summer , so you do the math! They tell you that you will get money from the federal government, and you get money from the state for going solar, that’s absolutely not true. It’s been almost a year and a half and I didn’t get anything. It’s just a bunch of lies. And when I called my sales guy for this issue his name was Alex, he said I don’t work for this company anymore. So don’t fall for this and save your money.

So far, this has been the worst decision I’ve ever made. Alliance solar has not helped me one bit this entire way. I was sold on a lie that I would get back 30% of the cost of my installation to put back in my solar loan so my payments don’t double. No one has helped me with any rebates, incentives, SRECs, nothing! I cannot get a hold of my dealer/solar expert. He does not answer. I left numerous voice mails, emails, text messages and even reached out via email to info alliance solar twice and haven’t heard back. Their website is full of lies.

The agent I was working with completed stopped answering, they left large nails
On my roof that rusted, they also left large plate looking things with rope attached on the grass all around my house. They left extra solar panels
Laying on the side of my house. They installed the panels on my roof without telling me my roof wasn’t in good condition. Now they want $3000 to remove and replace them so that I can get my roof replaced. My solar bill is more than my electric bill was. And I still have an electric bill from ppl. wish I never got the solar panels. Completely not worth it and costing me more money. The agent I worked with lied and told me I would have a $10,000 write off that I could put towards the loan to lower my bill. This was the worst experience ever.

Jeremy Eliazar is my sales rep who helped me through the process.
He was professional, patient and informative that even though our meetings were via zoom, I got my questions answered and got things done seamlessly.
With government credits I get for solar power for my house, which he helped to understand, I think I made a very right choice to go on Solar. I am very happy.
