We have a 500 gallon tank & was looking for a place to do business with to fill it. My husband called this place a couple weeks ago or so. They told him the prices for a new customer (lower cost) He told them it would need to be after 3 when they brought gas. The first time they came, it was before 3. No one was home, obviously, so they left & didn't put gas in. He contacted them & told them again, after 3. We waited for at least a week, they were supposed to come out again but never showed, never called, nothing. So, today 11/10/23, he called & let them know we would not be getting gas from them, he let them know why and they just said Ok. I'm guessing they don't need new customers. We will be getting gas from elsewhere & giving them our money. Not a good way to do business. I don't know if the actual owners know about this or if it was just the receptionist or what, but I don't recommend them.

Why confirm you fill propane tanks, but no one is ever there to fill propane tanks?

New to Alabama and the ins and outs of propane being from Pittsburgh Pa. We were looking for Propane Com. We talked to the lady on the phone with Allgas she was SO HELPFUL and patient with us!! We did talk to another person at another com. but Allgas was outstanding answering questions over the phone!! We went out to set up an account with them in person nice shop they sell a lot of items to make a house a home... looking forward to being longtime customers‼️

We.paid 600.00 for gas before the end of augast...were already out n run it on low till this mornig...im soo mad l cried ...they told me it should get us threw winter...but this is only december...
