Fantastic service!!! I must say that the sales representative behind counter, Dylan, went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me get the supplies I needed. Courteous, professional and just an outstanding host, while I was there.

My experience here has been over the top. From the friendly counter sales reps (talk to Dylan, he has kind eyes), to the work horses running the show behind the scenes, these guys will get you taken care of. In the 7 years I've been purchasing electrical tools and supplies, these guys have always delivered. CED who?

All Phase Electric never fails to deliver exactly what I need. I was shopping around and walked in to find Dylan with a twinkle in his eye and a deep seeded passion for customer service in his heart. I can’t stop thinking/talking about him. If this doesn’t stop soon my wife is going to start packing me a bag. Definitely use All Phase for any electric needs you have but try not to get too attached to Dylan. He’s taken.

Don’t go here. The guy at the front desk is awful and it felt like I was annoying him and putting him out. Very unhelpful! I was kind, courteous and respectful. This place does not deserve your business. Go across the street. Way better!

Horribly crooked company that does not care about its clients. I would highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere. They sell you faulty supplies, claiming its all working and been tested, then when it doesn't work, they will NOT give you any money back, ever. I got the run around and will never see my money again, and I am not happy to even have supported this crooked company even a little bit. I am making sure my contractor knows that NONE of his supplies on my job site are to be used from this company under no exception!

Worst customer service possible. They literally get angry when you call them to check inventory. They never follow up. Lazy and worthless with attitudes when you call and ask for help. Trust me don't even bother, save yourself the time and order online. These guys are ammitures!
