Was looking for a family owed local area small business and settled on Alber. Glad I did. Tech took his time and was meticulous. He explained what he did and answered all question. He was respectful of our home and property. Unlike the previous company we had, the tech did not focus on upselling services or additions. Alber consistently goes above and beyond with their scheduling urgency (Thank you as always Mark!), solution finding, and overall service. Every tech they have sent our way has been knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and courteous. Brian knocked it out of the park for us today with a tricky diagnosis (discovering a GIANT birds nest in our exterior furnace pipe) and creative solution—all for a fair price. The Alber crew (led by Earle) did an amazing job in a very difficult crawl space. They installed a vapor barrier in many tight spaces. I appreciate their very hard work and attention to detail.
I also wanted to say thank you to James and Laurie in the front office. James handled the estimate and contract, and Laurie did the scheduling. Both were straightforward and professional, and overall-I would recommend Alber to others.

The Alber team removed the old attic insulation, and sealed all seams and gaps, then installed vents in the bays and blew in new cellulose insulation. They also sealed all joints and gaps then insulated the exposed ducts in the basement and garage. John explained every step to me and he and his team were very thorough and professional. I am very happy with the results and feel this was money well-spent.
