I start saying I don't know what to say and the reason I said this is because I'm REALLY SURPRISED with the change I have in my electric bill just i have one month with the solar panels and is really amazing job. THANK YOU to Amanda Adair for the amazing work, she do with me and the partners and the team who came to my house WAO THEY REALLY SURPRISED US with the way they work is awesome and they are really good people and so incredible the fast they work each other and the friendship they have is really amazing. They love their job and they take care a lot things. I really appreciate it that. Thanks to JJ and Josh we are proud owners of a solar system through Alba. Both gentleman were very professional, polite, knowledgeable and punctual. Hesitant at first to purchase and calling them back several times during our "shopping around " they did not hesitate to assist us along the way and were very patient with us. Jose Nieto, came out to explained the benefit of going solar, awesome guy to work with. I work in the energy industry, this just made sense for my family.
Update, company way underestimated the size of system needed to offset my energy use. I noticed my neighbor, with the exact model home, with double the panels. I brought it up several times that I didn’t think there were enough to do the job. I was assured at every level they knew what they were doing.
With that, I do have a reduced power bill, AND a panel payment... they work but not super satisfied with the outcome. Three stars for install and service after the initial sale and setup, was all installed in a timely manner. Even had a panel go out, they had a replacement it and installed within 30 days.

Our Rep was Nathan Gonzalez who was very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions (I had many and some concerns) professionaly and was very pleasant. I especially like the fact he spoke Spanish since my husband's english is limited. It was a pleasure to work with him. He really knows his stuff!

Nathan was great about working around our hectic schedule & changed meeting times for us twice with no complaints! He took the time to answer all of our questions & break down the math step by step. Our inverter failed in November. Took them months to diagnose bc they are not set up to receive alerts from inverter company. They finally replaced two months ago but never connected it properly. We still have no solar power. It's been a major headache getting anyone to come help in San Antonio all their teams are up in Austin, I guess. Months of lost power.
