Company customer service stated twice over the phone thats they would come resolve this issue overnight.. still haven't has been over two weeks. Guess its not important to them and they want everyones power to go out down my road while its hot with a heat index of 120. This is a definite problem. They are overpriced, and i'm on budget billing yet can barely afford anything. Someone needs to take over this company with strong morals and ethics background to implement change. This company should not have "power" over us. Its a scam and they can't even send a worker out to fix problems that have been reported over and over again. How is this acceptable? What are these people getting paid for?

Thank you Tuscaloosa Power, they cut us off in the MIDDLE OF A HEAT WAVE WHILE I HAVE A FREAKING 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, AND TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY IN FULL, but then my husband called the Tuscaloosa one and was told that all we had to pay was the past due of 89 bucks and they'd cut it back on!! THAT'S ALL THEY HAD TO DO, AND I could have PAID AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO CUT IT OFF!! PERIOD!!!
