I mostly use the kiosk machines and for some odd reason it's always someone complaining about card payments. Have had too change machines several times. I suggest u stop by a atm...cash always work. But no change is given.

The lines are sometimes extremely long.so long to a point to where their are people standing in the doorways and on the sidewalk trying to get in to make their payments mostly on the first of the month and on fridays.could use an outdoor automatic payment center like the water works to kill down on some of those long lines. But overrall the service is cool and the workers are pretty friendly and courteous.

Customer service is terrible. They want you to purchase appliances from them and when you do they seem to act like they really care, but once you get appliance and if you have questions/issues forget about any good customer service. The employees here aren't trained properly. They are there to only get a paycheck, obviously. Stacy in appliances is the worst- he doesn't care at all. I will never purchase any other appliance thru Alabama power ever. They are a rip off.
