The "Counselor" that did my paperwork was on the phone with Tammy from billing at electric company and was talking down about me and that if it was "Her" money she wouldn't be spending it this way. I'm not a nice person but I bit my tongue.. my next move may just be reporting her and Tammy and see how they like being without jobs.
