To begin with, something very compelling, good or bad, has to happen before I will leave a comment for any business. In the case of Ag-Pro (Dacula), my experience with their service department, specifically Brad and Scott, has been one of the most positive experiences regarding anything with an engine. I'll spare the readers of every single detail, but in short, I have owned an older JD 345 lawnmower for 20+ years with very little issues until recently. I knew the issue was somewhere in the electrical system but I was unable to diagnose, although I am a fair mechanic. I contacted AG-Pro and spoke with Brad, who attempted to help diagnose over the phone but there were just to many possibilities. Brad then told me about a winter service special that would include a limited inspection of the charging system. I could not pass up the winter special on its face, ESPECIALLY since Ag-Pro would pick up and deliver for FREE!!, and Brad was upfront about the possible additional service fees for repairing the electrical issue. After a few days, Brad contacted me to explain my mower had a parasitic draw in one of the many electrical components and explained the process COULD take up to 6-7 hours but I would only be charged for the actual time spent. Like anyone, my first thought was, ok, I'll get charged the full six-seven hours, but that's what I get for being pessimistic. Ultimately, Brad called me a few days later and my first words to him were, "Give me the bad news", to his reply, "I actually have good news". Brad told me it only took roughly 2 hours to diagnose the issues, which was the ignition. The "good news" you ask The total for the winter special, diagnostics, and repair, including the ignition, was less than half of what I expected. The point being, in this day and age, many service departments would have charged the full 6-7 hours and the customer would not have known the difference, prove me wrong!. But they didn't. I spoke to Scott (Service Manager) today to schedule delivery (did I mention pick up and deliver was free), and and he explained his philosophy is to earn customer's trust and to only charge for the work done. That's quite the concept and one that has EARNED my business.

I left my Zero turn for service; they are not cheap. I expected good service; Chance claimed to be the service manager; he took my service order with a bad attitude, and the wait was always longer. Once the machine was in the shop, they did it fast (something I was pleased about); they forgot to sharpen my blades and pressure wash the machine correctly; according to other Google reviews is not the first time this happened. I left my gator for service when I picked up my Zero turn, and now I regret having used this dealership; between the communication with Chance Service Manager and Josh Heller Part Dept Manager ... anybody they put not he phone is a manager, LinkedIn does not confirm what they say.
I asked to get in touch with the Store manager; he is always busy. Their corporate number doesn't have a direct number to direct my claim. So please avoid using this company.

Was checking on your reviews for Dacula store and I am very disappointed that they are no better than the Lilburn store. I see how they respond back saying all that they will do to correct the problem but your reviews over the years are never bettered, showing their lack of concern, much less correcting the problem. What a joke, and from this point forward will not use your services because nothing changes. My business will be going to Stevens equipment in Loganville.

I purchased a new X350 tractor. It was delivered with very little fuel. I expected it to arrived full, I spent over $4000. The sales rep (Kaleb) advised they had water in the fuel at the dealership (only after I questioned the fuel level) I figured, they would have been up front or at a minimal filled the tank prior to delivering it. I also upgraded the mower blades and requested the original blades be delivered with the mower. I have yet to receive the blades even after asking multiple times.

I should have gone to another dealership.

Updated 9/7 -

Manager called and offered to send replacement blades and a gas card. Didn’t seem interested in trying to understand my perspective. It’s been at least 40 days. Still waiting for the blades and gas card.

Update 2/19/2024

No change, I never received any promised items. Manager never followed up on blades nor gas card. You should consider a different dealership.

Left a model LT155 for steering repair. Waiting for parts which is fine, however my tractor was left outside in the weather. Leaves and pinestraw on the mower and the mower was dirty. The steering was fixed fine, but I also discovered after getting home and looking closer that the hood hinge got damaged and put back together with oversized washers.

Terrible service. I have never given a review less that 3 stars in my life. My John Deere is less than 2 months old and less than 4 hours run time and the belt broke. Not a big deal. Call them up and they pick it up. They took my mower. And my belt and are now saying they do not have the belt and want to charge me almost 400 bucks to fix it and return it when it’s under warranty. I will never buy another John Deere product and will not be using them again. They are offering no solutions and are basically holding my mower. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I will gladly tell people to stay away from this organization.
