The leadership team and associates at the 3rd Avenue West location are so helpful and understanding. I am in the midst of getting my car fixed and they have gone above and beyond to help me and I'll forever be grateful. I don't feel used and taken advantage of, they are really invested in helping me fix my car.

We were here from out of town and our car broke down with 8 month old baby, they were able to help us figure out what was wrong quickly & the service was great! They even helped install the battery. Lifesavers.

Me, my fiancé and our 8 month old baby were stranded in the O’Rileys parking lot with no help and more than 300 miles from home. Our cat wouldn’t start and the O’Rileys workers did nothing. From across the street Tony saw we were stuck with no where to go and had Walter come jump our car and get it into their parking lot. After that they ran tests and diagnostics and found we needed a new battery after O’Rileys said we didn’t need a new one. Guice then took out the old battery and reinstalled the new one. This crew helped us when no one would when we were hours from home in 89 degree weather with a 8 month old baby!
