My husband came one to buy some screws a few other things and a lady and man gave a hard because he did know the price or the code to ring it up and told him he needed to write it down or something he don’t work there and don’t get paid to work lowes and Home Depot don’t require this cause it’s the workers job to do this he don’t come here often only when working in the area live close by but not really shop here

Nice employees very interactive. Found the tire guage I have not been able to find for over a year.
This is a picture I painted with acrylic paint on canvas Not Purchased from here but I do have some white outdoor paint I got from here with my boyfriend when they advertised on television giving away paint. I was looking for the picture of the tire pressure tool but could not find it quick enough. My mom and her mother. I changed the color because too much in front of me to go get another sponge brush so this was done using only one and blotting out with a paper towel to start another color I had.
Trust me ARUBA IS not in Birmingham,Alabama but my weird lying neighbor had this tent in his yard. I think Ace sells tents. I was traveling to california in 2005 and an Aruba tryna followed me to the next state. And a caravan if trucks with my name Lisa splattered I've the sides. I thought I was being stalked by the man who they thought killed somebody in aruba the next year when flag girl natalie was missing from mountain brook where I lived then moved back for a few months after divorce now called retreat and I was on the high school flag team at a different school.

Helpful staff at first. Then I needed to help my husband of 30 years adjust his Prostatic which involves taking his pants down and so we went to the single restroom ( that men & women share) to adjust his Prostatic and to use the restroom. It was so filthy that my husband could not sit down until it was cleaned. Only to come out of the restroom to find an employee standing, blocking there staring at us and accuses us of stealing and that they have us on camera. We were willing to let them search us. They made a scene around all the other customers, we were very much embarrassed. We did not feel that they handled this situation appropriately, business like or professionally.

I have shopped there for years without any incident but every since they hired the guy with the ponytail it has been horrible. He is rude and thinks he knows everything and always offers himself for hire. I had a contractor with me twice and he has argued with them about their knowledge of what the job entails. The last visit this week he argued with the guy about his measurements very loudly with several customers in the store and the younger guy with special needs had the audacity to show his gun on his side.I had to intervene and tell them that we were paying customers and even the guy that has been there for years was short and offered no assistance. The females have always been friendly and helpful but from this day forward I will shop in Gardendale. There is no way that a paying customer should be treated with disrespect and rudeness.

The owners are some of the most AMAZING people and their customer service is ALWAYS TOP NOTCH every time I visit this location!!!
