I had Absolute Environmental / Waste Water Services perform my septic tank inspection when I bought my house in March 2021. Not only were they incredibly unprofessional in the beginning (had to reschedule twice and showed up HOURS late when they finally arrived) but they incorrectly diagnosed the system. Basically, they said one thing needed to be done and the sellers ended up paying for this job at closing, but when this job was performed after closing it was determined that more work actually needed to be done, which ended up costing me several hundred dollars.

A year and a half goes by and all of the sudden I notice a black puddle above ground where the septic tank goes along with a rancid smell. I had them come back out to look at it and it was determined that the septic tank pump needed to be replaced, so they charged me $2,500 for that.

Just a few months later, I walk outside and my entire septic tank is floating above ground! I call the company and they said they’ll have someone right out to look at it. THREE DAYS LATER…. someone finally comes to look at it when I’m not at home and they didn‘t even tell me they came. When I called today to see what the update was, they were like “ Yeah, we don’t know what happened, we’ve never seen this before…. but we can fix it for $2,500.” I told the owner Jonathan ( sour, unprofessional man) that this should be their responsibility to fix at their own costs he started yelling and cussing at me and then hung up the phone like a child!

Do not give this company a penny!

I called after 9 pm and was able to speak with a nice lady that helped me schedule a septoc tank service the next afternoon. She called to confirm the appointment. I needed to move the service back a few hours and she was able to accommodate my request. Jonathan and Dave called me when they were on their way. They arrived as promised and assessed my needs. They were in and out in less than two hours and did an excellent job. I can't recommend these guys enough.

A couple months ago I hired Absolute Environmental to install new field lines and also a septic tank (separate install). Paid $7500, $2500 of which was some fill dirt. I contacted them 2 weeks ago (Nov 27) because the field line runoff was all collecting behind the pad/ fill dirt they installed. I was told it would be fixed, and I have called them 8 times since, which I have proof of, with no fix. They would always say they would call me back, sometimes didn't pick up, and then today picked up and hung up. So for 2 weeks this water has been sitting there, the entire ground is mush, and I know this is damaging the system that I paid for. One would think for this amount of money they would be willing to correct this issue or at least do something. Realtors, Property Investors, and Homeowners should be wary of this company.

Fantastic service! I called Absolute Environmental for service and they arrived at my house the following day exactly on time. Jason and David were extremely professional and patient with me as I have no prior experience with septic tanks. They are clearly experts in their field and were extremely courteous and thorough with their work, not to mention they left my yard very clean after finishing. I would highly recommend Absolute Environmental based on the service I received from Jason and David. I will be using this company for my future septic tank and plumbing needs. I’ve had a great experience using Absolute Environmental. From Malinda who answered the call and scheduled my appointment, to Bo who came out to clean and inspect my Septic Tank and discovered I needed a replacement. Chris and Deon came to handle plumbing and were timely, helpful and very professional. Craig and his crew came to replace the septic, and field lines and they worked into the night to ensure that everything was up and running for us before leaving. This could have been a stressful situation, but absolutely everyone with Absolute Environmental made it as painless as possible. They were professional, responsive and reasonably priced.
