WOW! These guys are great. I never thought I'd say that about an air conditioner service but I am impressed. Timely arrival, very thorough work and courteous. Christian Valdez gave us really good explanations about our 3 AC units. He was not rushed and was very professional.
I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC service you need. The technicians are not on commission so you will not have to deal with a lot of upselling of parts and/or services that you probably don't need.

Service was great and informative. Thank you Josh, you were great. Would love to renew service but yearly membership cost increased and no offers available or promoted to keep a client. I’d recommend just look for promos (with any company) and take advantage to keep your consumer cost down. Would love to stay but if they aren’t going to make an offer, my business is always welcomed anywhere.

A few weeks ago a technician came to my house and told me that the refrigerant levels were low and that the compressor was over amping. He gave me some service options however I declined them as after his inspection he ran the system and everything appeared to be working normally and cooled the house down sufficiently. That was $148.
I had not turned the AC after the inspection until yesterday and after having it on for about an hour I realized that the house was not cooling down so I made an appointment for another appointment. After today’s appointment it was discovered that I had a leak coming from the condenser unit as well as the evaporator coil which I was not aware of after my first appointment (other than the freon levels being low). Today’s appointment cost me $666 for possibly 1 hour worth of work. So between the two appointments I have now spent $814 just to have a diagnosis of a couple of leaks which for some unknown reason was not discovered on the first $148 appointment. That is absolutely absurd.
And to be fair I would like to point out that both of the technicians were very professional and courteous. My discontent lies with the fact that the leaks were not discovered in the first inspection and it took an additional $666 inspection to find that out.

I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars, as one of their managers named Devon reached out to me and confirmed that my warranty was good and not expired as their previous person told me. They looked over the paperwork I sent them and agreed I was in the right, and Devon even took the time to come out personally and get my system up and running at no cost to me. The only reason I did not change it to a full 5 star is that the issue occurred in the first place. However the fact that it was handled relatively swiftly and professionally has renewed my faith in this company.
