I've been coming here for over 10 years, and I can say that this is definitely a good solid place to take scrap metal. The process is very straightforward and simple, plus they give you a good fair price. The service from the staff varies from very friendly, too so-so. That's not bad, considering no one there seems to be at the point of being rude or disrespectful.
However, the reason why I'm not giving it five stars, is because it can be VERY hard to get in and out, ESPECIALLY if they are very busy. There's times I have sat and waited for over 15 minutes, just waiting on people to move over. I mean it, the place could be a real cluster-F on a Saturday or right before they close. I really wish that they would just buy up that abandoned Mexican restaurant next door. That would make things go a heck of a lot more smoothly. Otherwise, it's definitely good.

Called today to get pricing on scrapping a suburban. The man that answered was absolutely rude and went out of his way to lose my business. Do not recommend ever using this place. Lost a customer today due to his attitude on the phone.

I used to go here all the time and they were good and trustworthy. I went today and they are just stealing from you now. They're ringing up alternators and starters and electric motors as irony aluminum Even when properly sorted and informed at the scales what they were. On top of having to wait almost 30 minutes just to get to a unloading spot due to their lack of room on the property.

The prices to drop off was fairly simple, but we were not AT ALL expecting 0.05 per pound for all that we had. We were definitely disappointed.

Great experience at this place. Everyone was super helpful and even helped explain how to get the most out of the material that was being recycled. Prices were good and they provide a receipt with all the values and weights. Payment is through a check, which is fine for me. This is a much better experience than other places I have been that feel shady. I will be coming back.
