Ring camera went off while I'm at work. It was the fuel man. I called last night at closing and they helped me out. I couldn't believe it. I'm also a new customer. This is the reason for the review. Pretty impressive. I don't do many of these. Thx. Bob n Becky

Abba is a wonderful outfit. They show up as quickly as possible and even make extra trips out of their way to ensure their customers are taken care of. Their service reps have always been personable and professional, and each interaction with Abba affirms that we made the right decision in choosing them as our supplier.

Staff was extremely nice and got me taken care so quickly! Being new to the East Coast and moving into a house that uses heating oil was a bit of a challenge to navigate but they answered my millions of questions and were so helpful! Can’t recommend them enough.

It's tough to find a fuel company that isn't a huge pain in the butt, but so far my experience with Abba has been stellar. They are reliable and easy to get ahold of, and the customer service has been great. If you have an emergency, they'll help you out, but first they'll offer some alternatives that may save you money, such as the nearest location to get kerosene at the pump.

I have not been a customer for very long yet but the several times I've interacted with Abba I've been pleased.

EDIT: I'm editing this review 9 months later because I am still impressed and have been every time I've called Abba. I always get a human voice, they are always very helpful, and on several occasions they have gone out of their way to help me. I highly recommend this fuel service.

I have known this company for much longer than the people I see giving their opinions, so I feel I should add my voice. They fueled commercial vehicles every morning for the company I drove for professionally for decades. 20 below zero...blizzard.....heat wave....ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS price competitive, NEVER less than quality fuel or friendly employees. Because of what I saw from them at work, I tried their home services. No deviation from my high hopes! I have learned that Abba treats their employees like family. I gladly support who they are, as much as what they do.

Craig and one of his hard working employees installed a new fuel tank in my basement last year. Great guys, hard workers! I have since met John Mazza who delivers fuel for Abba Fuels. Great guy also! Wicked cold tonight and John is going to deliver after hours! 5 stars only because there's not 10!

Ran out of fuel and called on the day they would be in my area and they wanted to charge me an extra $100 on top of the $480 minimum for the fuel…. The new owners are crooked…. Definitely switching fuel companies for next season

It is not often I am genuinely surprised at solid customer service, but Abba Fuels did just that. I called for a fuel oil delivery, was given a window when it would be delivered, and they came promptly as promised. Payment made through a mail in slip left on the door and that was it, easy.
