Thank you so much A1 you live up to your name!!
I called this plumber because we had two broken toilets in our four bedroom house. Esteban came out and explained everything very clearly and they fixed both toilets for $600!! Not even a week later I had a big plumbing problem in my other house and Esteban and Lamberto came and fixed it right away. Esteban explains everything really well and does very good job. He has a lot of experience and the price is right. I highly recommend this company!! I also bought a new water heater and have them move it outside for me. Thank you for the excellent work guys.

I am thoroughly impressed by this company. I called them after having been dealing with some plumbing issues for about a year. I was able to find them online and called the office and they sent somebody out within the hour. They immediately figured out the problem. Helped me with something else that had been an issue as well and fixed my plumbing within 24 hours. This required some extensive work. I was worried about the cost, but they gave me a reasonable price and supported me in finding financing which I really appreciate. I recommend this company 100% and will call them again if I ever have an issue. My technician was Guillermo out of the La Habra office. He and his manager were so kind, quick and knowledgeable. It’s the best customer service I’ve received in a really long time. 😀

I was dealing with a serious plumbing issue as my water bill was skyrocketing, and my lawn was soaked. They were able to send someone out first thing in the morning, and Leo and Adriane arrived right on time. I actually had another plumber on the way, but once Leo quickly identified the problem and got started, I was able to call the other company off. Leo and Adriane worked efficiently and resolved the issue in no time, all while being professional and courteous. Fast response, next day appointment. Guillermo Avalos diagnosed the problem quickly. He offered several solutions and we were able to select the best immediate way to stop the leak caused by a cracked acrylic tub & leaking faucet. He installed hot & cold shut off valves. This stopped the leak & gives us time to find out if the tub can be repaired. This fix allows us to use the sinks, toilet, & separate shower while we explore a permanent fix.

Esteban was great! Came out the same day, very responsive, polite and super helpful. Its an old toilet so he did the best he could but he took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate this 5 star service and will call A1 total service plumbing again for any plumbing needs in the future.
