BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK.

A pipe burst in our house last Christmas and this company was the electrical contractor for our rebuild. As part of the rebuild, we decided to add a garbage disposal to our kitchen. This company tied the new garbage disposal to the same circuit as our existing microwave and the circuit breaker now trips constantly.

We notified the contractor and they came out to trouble shoot the issue. They reset our breakers and claimed the problem is "fixed". Instead of accepting any responsibility and offering a permanent solution to this problem, Glenn sent us an $800 bill for his time to diagnosis an issue his company caused. He immediately threatened legal action if we do not pay.

UPDATE IN REPONSE TO OWNER BELOW:

What benefit would I have to "hide" knowledge of a second panel? This is simply false. In fact, you must have known about the 2nd panel to be able to shut it off to make the tie-in for the disposal.

If there are no alternate options, why did a member of your crew (James Martin) state he could easily separate this circuit by utilizing the circuit that used to feed the stove (before it was changed to natural gas)?

I used A & Z to install a new outdoor outlet for a hot tub, install a new outdoor light, and install a new indoor light that had a crumbling box under the existing fixture. They were able to come out quick. They were on time, showed up with 3 men, and with each taking 1 project they finished in less than an hour. They charged less than originally quoted because the jobs were easier than expected. They could have stuck by the higher charge but they’re honest. Today I called because my garbage disposal switch stopped working, as well as an outdoor receptacle that got wet. Instead of charging me to come out like some companies might have done, they took a couple minutes and gave me the simple explanation of how to fix it myself. It’s hard to trust people these days but they have integrity and now I’ll never use any other company for electrical issues.

I normally don't write reviews but this one bothered me. First off I will say I called he came the next day. I spoke with him on the phone told him my situation with my GFI he never mentioned the service fee at all. I feel like that's the first thing you discuss when you speak to someone. I know some people have fees and some don't. Understood but you let the customer know that first hand. He didn't do that he charged me $165 for the service call he basically did nothing but clip a wire.I asked him what /i owe you after he done nothing he stated $165 for the service call. I was caught off guard about this price. I don't think he was fair or honest. I think he got over on me because I was a woman. I called about 10 other electricians and ask them what was they service call fee and no one told me over $85. I felt like he got over on me. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone! He saw what we had and got over!! Poor service

Great company all around. Glenn was print in responding to me and was able to get out hot tub hooked up much sooner(and cheaper) than other electricians. Seems honest and knowledgeable. Will be using them again for future projects.

Glenn did an amazing job and was incredibly helpful. Really appreciate him taking the time to install new switches for me and teaching me along the way as well. Will definitely have him repair any electrical issues or upgrades I have in the future.

Used A & Z to install an electrical outlet in a crawlspace. They were very quick, efficient, and cleaned up when they finished. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them next time I'm in need of an electrical outlet.
