Pernell and Jared are just incredible, having worked on clearing our property in LA Crescenta, visiting a multiple occasions.

we were moving a block down from our previous place and needed quick + efficient junk removal. pernell answered my call and gave me range of how much it would cost on the phone. i asked him to be there at 7am which for most people is not a time when you want to be working. i appreciated the willingness, and them being prompt and efficient. i believe the whole thing was done in about 20 mins which is amazing for someone who has to leave for work at 8am. i did encounter some issues with the transaction for payment and the reason i include this part is to show how pernell handled the situation. he worked with me to cancel charges on his end and was communicative the whole way through. i imagine it was frustrating for him as well because it wasn’t his fault but the 3rd party entity he had been working with up until this point. i actually promised to leave a review but forgot when work got busy but i wanted to keep my promise because better late than never. sorry, this is so long so if you read all the way through thank you and i hope you have a lovely day 🙂
