We began using A&A Propane when we moved to our first home. My father always used them, so they are who I called when we ran out on Saturday before Christmas. They were there within 15 minutes of my phone call. A second time we ran out, we were very short on cash. They filled up our tank and allowed us to pay at the end of the week. They are AWESOME and as long as I am in the area, I will never call another propane service.

We have used this company for 8 years. They are always prompt to bring out propane when I order it. Their prices are very fair and they have handeled most issues or concerns that I have had. I read the other review (Tricia) and our experience was so similar. We only use gas for a gas fireplace and a stove and because of our location those are propane gas. Neither my husband nor I had ever dealt with propane, but we were facing a severe ice storm and only that day realized that we had 0 gas in the tank! I panicked, but EVERYONE ignored me. Some said they would come only if we were previous clients (and how could we be, we had not been in the house long and had never had to buy gas?). So uncaring (and that unusual for the south but there it was). THEN I called A & A and they came out, that day... before the storm. I cannot full explain my relief that day, but I can promise you (and did them) that I would never buy from any gas company other than A&A (as I begin to place yet another order...). I can't thank them enough, truly.

We got gas on 12/01/17. Was smelling gas ask if they check it out if they could to bring the gas. Unless it really cold usually use fireplace or electric heaters. Use gas for cooking. There was a spit in the gas line to the stove. That 100 gallons was gone in less than a month. Finally found the leak when my son in law heard it. Their is babies, toddlers children and older ones getting sick my husband was put in the hospital. He is on breathing machine.went to see if we could get a discount on gas before we got more. The man was rude, arrogant. We was dealing with carbon monoxide poisoning and didn't know it because we trusted that man. I am thankful the house didn't blow up catch on fire. We don't recommend this gas company to anyone they DidN't Care About our family our grandkids or us. I realize it's a company but we had smelt gas Before they put gas in We trusted him when he said it checked out ok. I thank God he watched over us this person couldn't cared less.

I’m so thankful for A & A Gas Co. We aren’t customers of theirs and they are bringing us 100 gallons of gas, because they’ll be out this way. They didn’t have to do that because they aren’t accepting new customers until Spring. They will definitely have our business come Spring! Thank you so much! ❣️

They are always super helpful. If you call them before 9:00 am you can usually get your tank filled that day and at the latest the next day. Very helpful.
