From the moment I called to set up service the representative was very pleasant. The technicians were thorough and made sure there were no leaks and showed me how to light the heater and even showed me the stove. I'm new to gas appliances. They were very helpful and polite. Do not use it purchase Reem water heaters! My 81 yr old mother had one installed by Spire and gas valve defective 13 months! Company replacing valve said they're "all" bad! And warranty replacement takes forever. Didn't want anyone else getting caught in this Reem trap! Spire! stop using them and be honest with your customers!

They are so difficult to deal with. You also cannot pay on the app and there is always an issue with our auto pay. They don’t tell you there is an issue till much later when the gas is due to be shut off. So frustrated.
