Roshan Energy California Sub-Meters, you have got an wonderful employee on your hands. I spoke with his employee months ago and he was quit great. But today, I called again and quickly recognized it was him! Again he was quickly and efficiently solved my problem. I also called about 5 minutes before they closed and he was ready to help me without putting any questions about calling so late! I can't stress this enough: I hope the Roshan Energy employees get some sort of compensation for their friendly tone, professionalism, and attentiveness to the customer. I was very confused about how the meter option worked on our new rental. I called Roshan Energy employer's who helped me with questions and concerns I had about a mess up with my tenant's bills also he walked me through the process. He even made me feel more comfortable by speaking my native language. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable, calling again if I had to. I manage properties and work with Sub-Meter's companies. I had a issue with the payment as it didn't went through due to account inactivity. I called the office and the they take care of it before the due date.
