I needed some paperwork and information on my account. The ladies were really helpful. They were busy but they were able to take care of everyone in a reasonable amount of time. They also provided important information regarding deliveries, the set up and efficiency of their products.

Very disappointed with the Gadsden / RBC office. Cancellations since the end of November 2017. It is now Jan 2 they were supposed to be here today to install new 250 propane tank and new gas logs. Did they even call to tell me know one would be there, no left it to me to call then find out they want me to wait 2 more weeks to get gas ran to my house. So their 50+ years of prompt dependable service doesn't seem to dependable at all. They need more employees but that is their problem.

Made an appt. 3 times to have them come out and install pressure regulator my tank, inspect lines to my living room wall heater. NO SHOWED, NEVER CALLED.
