I can’t say enough good things about this company, Mr. Electric out of Fort Payne, Alabama. They came to the rescue, within hours, same day, I am an owner/host of an Airbnb and my guests were without hot water in the kitchen/bathroom for over 24 hours. I called around everywhere, thinking it was a plumbing problem, but actually an electrical problem, but once I was redirected and to this company? They took my concern seriously, and within hours were on the property, diagnosed the problem and fixed it with a “hit of a switch,” literally!!!

What’s even better to know now? Is the company has services for plumbing and electrical, they had everything that I needed. Only wish I had found them first, but my reality is I did not, but I know where I’ll go to next time, and every time I ever have a problem, electrical or plumbing.

I will recommend them highly to friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers.

Hands-down, dependable and reliable.

I would recommend Mr. Electric to anyone who needs an electrician. They responded to a request for an estimate immediately and began the work the very next day. Kyle was very professional and conscientious. He made sure that he explained everything that he needed to do and even cleaned up when he was finished. We arrived home after being on the road for a month. During our time away our house experienced a power surge due to severe storms. I reached out to Will at Mr. Electric at 8am on a Monday morning. Kyle arrived at 11am. Did some diagnostic testing. After checking several things we got great news. No damages. We requested the installation of a home surge protector.

Kyle left setting a time a couple of days later to obtain and install this protector. Within an hour after he left he called and said he found what we needed. Kyle returned, installed it and by 2 pm mission accomplished. Kyle was professional, talked me through everything he was doing.

Will got Kyle to us faster than we expected. Kyle was great, informative and personable. Couldn’t be happier!! Great job Mr. Electric

Motivation Is Key

I got an estimate to change out 12 light switches and 18 plug outlets and 2 fans in a home I just bought, I have all the materials here already.. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone to schedule said it would take them no time to do , maybe half a day… the electrician just came and quoted me over $2800 !! Lol I guess I’m in the wrong business. But 450- 500 dollars an hour is absolute robbery. I do not recommend anyone to get ripped off by this company.
