New customer of this company, just moving into the area. Had an appointment scheduled for past Saturday between 1-5. Driving up from Escondido. So go there at 9:30 am. The tech was already there and can't come back out till the 14th! Nor happy camper at all. Paying rent, but can't live in a new place till it is on! Go figure. Not understanding the miscommunication!

Another 25 min phone call, for something that should take less than 3 minutes. The ladies running the office at this location do not have it together with people skills. In my complaint against SoCal Gas, I am deeply troubled by the consistently rude and antagonistic behavior exhibited by their dispatchers, notably Andrea and Denise. Despite my attempts to engage with them, I have been met with hostility and unprofessionalism, culminating in deliberate efforts to provoke me into canceling my service. Additionally, I am dismayed by the lack of customer service when addressing fees, such as the unjustifiable $160 safety check charge imposed merely three months after a prior inspection. This arbitrary fee, coupled with the dismissive attitude of the dispatchers, contributes to an atmosphere of extortion and disrespect towards customers. As a resident in a remote area where SoCal Gas is the sole provider, I feel utterly powerless and as though I have no choice but to endure such treatment, compounding the distress caused by their conduct.

The work done by SoCal Gas is very impressive! Whenever we reported a gas leak, they promptly dispatched a technician who was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. Today, we had the pleasure of being assisted by a technician named Victor Garcia. He skillfully detected and resolved the gas leak issue. We are extremely satisfied with the exceptional service provided by SoCal Gas.

I have many properties and this was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this family owned business, there people are thieves tbh... I let it go after complaining to the California Division of Measurement Standards. Beware, they will steal, they're desperate people.

Were out to check possible gas leak. Found a leak, shut down the problem with the leak, re-lit the water heater & tagged what needed to be repaired. Good experience with professional & knowledgeable technician.
