Avoid this company like the plague! Terrible customer service, no managers available, Very deceptive billing practices.. they do stuff to your tank without your permission or acknowledgment.
Every person at the office has been dismissive and rude.

I'm in Idyllwild and needed to get my tank inspected and checked. Called in and scheduled a visit. Juan came to my home and greeted me. He was professional, informative and polite. I ask a lot of questions to understand the process and he was very helpful. They do a great job at So Cal Propane and I've always gotten great service.....this just adds to my commitment to get my service from them. I get my tank filled with them as well and they are a busy place, but always show up, do the work and are professional! Thanks Juan, I really learned a lot about testing for leaks and I want to Thank you!

SoCal Propane installed a new tank at our home and made sure that our appliances were working properly. We also rely on propane for our backup generator. As this is our vacation home, we really appreciate that they installed a remote monitor on our tank, which makes it possible for us to check the level from anywhere.

By far the worst Co. we have dealt with. Owner Amanda got upset when we questioned the amount of propane put in our tank, (we are new to propane use) she decided she did not want us as clients and sent us a notice to have their leased tank emptied and ready for pick up with only a few weeks notice. We had 7 months left on lease, we were told balance would be refunded when they picked up tank. After repeated calls and emails, received a email today stating she shows a balance on our account for pick up fees, WHAT! I have no words for the terrible customer service they provide. Avoid them at all costs.
