Bought a weedeater here, had to take back because it kept flooding so since I have a four yr warranty I took it to get fixed. I had to pay even under warranty just to have carb adjusted.. I have family to do that for nothing. First time I was unsatisfied with them but it is running better than it did when I bought it.. I'm not sure how the other gentlemen are but I do business with Dan he is very nice and he apologized to me. Thank you Dan

I wanted to give a big thanks to Tyler and the staff at TriGreen in Gadsden AL. They helped me make the right choice in my first sub compact tractor helping me with the exact differences between the 1023 & 1025. Took my kid's mower for service as it wasn't running smoothly. Was told it needed a new carburetor and it was out of oil. Quoted a little north of $350 to repair a $450 mower. I was skeptical, but agreed to the repair. If I didn't I would be on the hook for a $60 diagnostic fee. Flash forward thirty days. No mower. Still waiting on parts. I picked it up and took it to a local small engine repair. Forty-five minutes, and I had a working mower. All that was required was a fuel system cleaning. $100. Oh, it was full of oil, too. The only reason I'm giving one star - I was not charged the diagnostic fee.

They’ve had my tractor for a month and still haven’t given me an estimate to fix it. I’ve called 4 times over the last month. Every time they committed to calling me back and never did. Last week they promised to call me back by today, and I did not receive a call. It’s sloppy. It’s extremely frustrating. I expect more from a John Deere dealer. If you use your equipment, take it to someone who can fix it within a reasonable time frame.

Purchased my 2nd new rider from them in November. Upon getting home from work, noticed staple holes in the seat, from the plastic covering the seat. Sent the salesman pics as requested. Checked again in Dec, still no new seat. Sent a message and recieved a reply from Tyler(manager). I haven't heard back from them after multiple emails. Still waiting. Until this purchase all I had was GREAT service, so uncharacteristic from my experiences. ?‍♂️
