Rude and act like its a big ordeal to have to leave their counter. I will drive all the way to dothan or troy for the supplies I needed. If you wanna compete with big box stores, then offer better or equivalent service that they do. 0 customers in shop and I would never come back. Never leave reviews on other businesses but this one is awful or at least the employees are at the time of leaving this review. Im sure you will use this to improve your service lol. Every bad review says same thing for years and same response by you guys. Went down the road and dropped my $500 in supplies there

Great customer service by Nicole. Called and asked for an item and she promptly found it with the price. When you can't find your item anywhere else check out Townsend's. They had it at a better price too.

This place has a great lumber yard, but there are no prices listed on anything. We had to go in and know exactly what we wanted to get a price on it. We don't shop that way. I like to be able to see the price and then make my choices. Very inconvenient, we went to lowes instead.
