I've been trying to get a faulthy battery replaced since AUGUST 2024!!! It takes about 5-10 days for them to reply and ask new questions. There is zero follow up and zero proactiveness. I'm never never never buying an LG battery again.

Where do I start ? Until you have had an LG Resu battery and then lose it not once but twice and miss the storage capacity for domestic use , you probably won’t understand the feeling at the loss of ability to store solar energy! But the saving grace to a perfect storm of problems came in the form of the LG energy guys in Germany. In particular Stefania stepped up and reassured me that she would push things forward and get the problems sorted out. Before Stefania came along and took over my case things were progressing slowly but she kept in regular contact with me always polite and sympathetic to my calls for updates . Considering the problems LG are suffering worldwide with their battery recalls, this one office is doing a fantastic job under the circumstances and I for one appreciate and applaud their efforts Stefania in particular should be promoted . If Stefania said this is what is going to happen then it happened. I am now reunited with my LG battery and my much missed storage capacity is back and even better than before. WHOOP WHOOP ?

Mir geht es leider so wie vielen andern Kunden von dieser Firma.
Meine Solarbatterie wurde auf Garantie ausgetauscht. Bis diese Austauschbatterien jedoch bei mir waren, hat es mehr als 6 Monate gedauert.
Der Austausch wurde dann von einem externen Fachmann durchgeführt.
Nun warte ich wieder auf die Abholung der Defekten Batterie sein mehr als 3 Monaten.
Meine Mails werden zwar beantwortet, jedoch die Versprechen nicht gehalten. Immer wieder andere Ausreden.

Leider mit Abstand der schlechteste Service, den ich je erlebt habe! Ein Stern ist noch zu viel.
Es handelte sich bei meinem Anliegen um ein Problem des PV-Speichers, da dieser nicht funktionierte. Anfangs halbwegs bemüht, sollte ich den Sachverhalt schildern und Fotos machen. Gesagt, getan. Zwei Wochen geschah nichts, dann sollte ich wieder Fotos machen. Gesagt, getan. Dann vergingen wieder mehrere Wochen und die Techniker verlangten wieder irgendwelche Fotos. Ich bat darum einen Techniker zu mir zu schicken, weil wir so nicht weiterkommen, aber das wurde verweigert. Jetzt ist der Kontakt abgebrochen, ich werde den Kauf rückabwickeln und eine Geschäftsleitungsbeschwerde einreichen.
Einfach nur peinlich und nicht zu empfehlen!

Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Batterie für meine PV-Anlage, die mit einem Fronius Wechselrichter über eine Checkbox verbunden ist. Es sind also zwei Hersteller, im Fehlerfall also nicht einfach. Die einzige feste Größe bei der Bewältigung der Aufgabe war Fr. Cotea von LGSolution, die mit Ihrer Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Wissen dafür sorgte, dass ich als Kunde nicht im Regen stand. Das Problem wurde gelöst und dafür bin ich Fr. Cotea dankbar.
