Had an awful back boiler for years, a lovely man knocked on the door by off chance and told us we were entitled to a free boiler. Within 3 weeks our boiler was installed. The 4 guys that came were lovely and very respectful. They did it all in one day and I'm thrilled to bits, they worked so hard. Bless them. Also a big thank you to the lovely girls in the office. Well done to you all

Great all round. Right from the first contact, answered all my questions, sorted out all tbe paperwork. Guys who fitted the boiler worked so hard all day to get it done in a day. They were polite, professional, covered the whole kitchen to protect everything and did a great job. Boiler is amazing, its so good to have hot water and heating instantly. Can already see a drop in usage and bills. Would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely awful had new boiler last Thursday and it stopped working after installers left I have had no heating or hot water all week and have a son registered disabled. Today I had the Worcester bosh engineer out and was informed it was an installation problem .They arranged for the gas board to come out and they did very quickly but advised me I needed the insulation team back .please can someone help me .I was promised a call back and nothing happened.I guess when they get there money no one is interested
