We purchased a home and David Johnson was the seller’s agent. Extremely unprofessional. There were a number of repairs needed for the home and the seller agreed to fix them. Our agent reached out multiple times to David asking when the repairs would be done so we can schedule for the inspector to come again to make sure it was fixed and we got no response or the run around. Literally the day before we are set to close we get the ok regarding repairs and have our inspector come look. Day of we receive the report and most of the pricier things were not completed or even looked at. David knew we already sold our home and was stuck and used that to his advantage. We tried asking for them to cover some closing costs so we could use that money to pay for the repairs ourselves and he literally told our realtor he would recommend to the sellers to not pay for anything and completely downplayed the issues from the report of the home to the seller (we know this because our realtor was cc’d on the email). We had no choice but to close having to come out of pocket for the repairs including replacing an entire window. He was just mean and nasty. I can’t speak on the other realtors in that office but he should be someone to avoid. No morals or integrity.
