I simply cannot praise Jamie and his crew enough. The project was concluded right on schedule: YES! Completed within the planned budget: YES! The work was carried out BEAUTIFULLY: YES! His crew was punctual every day. They were polite and provided valuable guidance during each stage of the process. Jamie understood our urgency as we were expecting a baby soon and he went above and beyond to deliver everything as promised. He had excellent contacts for all our needs, such as an economical interior designer, a networking specialist, a painter, a kitchen constructor, and even someone to install a motorized cover for some skylights in our bedroom. I recently undertook a kitchen remodeling project in an old house (built in the 1930s) located in Arcadia. I received around eight estimates, varying from the lower twenties to the upper sixties. I decided to go with Arcadia Electric Gate Repair as I was impressed by our initial meeting. They listened to my needs and didn't attempt to push me into creating the ultimate dream kitchen (although that's pretty much what I received in the end!) Erik and Bernard were professional, honest, reasonable, and provided invaluable assistance throughout the entire process. They, along with their team, were present EVERY SINGLE DAY until the project was completed. This level of commitment was a first for me, even though I've undertaken numerous remodels since the 1970s. The final product greatly surpassed my expectations. The craftsmanship is impeccable and the cabinets and structure are made of sturdy wood, not particle board. The final price was just a tad above the lowest estimate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any sort of home remodeling task. I eagerly anticipate hiring them for my next project. A++.

My whole experience with Arcadia Electric Gate Repair was first-rate. They replaced four large single pane metal frame windows in my home and I couldn't be more pleased. I've already noticed a significant improvement in the comfort level of my house. The only minor hiccup was a small tear in one of the screens, which I believe was noticed during installation. It would have been great if this was taken care of right away so I didn't need to phone in. The window manufacturing had minor imperfections with some sealant/caulk at a few corners that I had to clean up and a couple of the corners didn't meet perfectly. Aside from these minor issues, I'm completely satisfied. The windows look fantastic and aren't as bulky as some other options I've seen. I was also provided with some great alternatives. My sales representative, Jamie, was amiable and made the entire process seamless. Bernard came out to verify measurements and discuss options and he was phenomenal. He has a genuine personality and took time to assist me with decision making. He also responded promptly every time I had a question later on. The installation team, which included Erik, were really friendly and easy to work with. They did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards, something I truly appreciated. I dislike dealing with messes after work has been done. They were punctual, another aspect I really appreciated.
