My wife and I moved back deceased moms home last week when it was warm and today called the fultondale gas department and was informed that my mom left a 300 dollar bill with them and then the lady goes on to tell me that I will be responsible for my deceased moms bill I'll be damned first off I don't have it second I'm the only income at the moment cause my wife is not able to work and 3rd I'm not responsible for someone else's bill but this is hwhen I was not living there when the bill was created this is howthe city of fultondale operates I been told. Dirty as hell!

Just had 3 guys out to fix my gas fireplace in the freezing temps and 2 days before Christmas. They were all very respectful and super nice.

I came home tonight and noticed my gas was out. I called after hours and reported the outage praying I would get someone out that night to turn my heat back on, but I had my doubts anyone would come till morning. 30 minutes later one of the nicest techs I've ever dealt with in any industry came and fixed it super quick and got all my pilots back on. Thanks so much guys!

I literally never write review but felt the need to give shout out to the Fultondale Gas Board on their speedy response time to come review my gas line pressure test and get my gas cut on! We called very last minute and they were here in under an hour. The service technician was very nice!

I put my bill in the dropbox on Sunday, July 15, 2018 because my bill was due Monday, July 16, 2018. I logged onto my account and noticed that i had a late fee charged to my account. The lady told me that they got my bill from the dropbox on the July 17, 2018. With God being my witness, I know that I put my bill in the dropbox on Sunday because I did not want to get charge a late fee because they have tried to do that before, but my bank took care of it. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR ACCOUNT. I know that God will get the person that did this to my account.

Worst customer service experience, the elder white lady in the front desk was really rude and grumpy, did not care if my kids would shower with cold water, I dont see how someone like her is even hired,I will be switching to electric or spire now.if there was an option for zero stars I would choose that.smh
