Worst utility company I’ve ever had the displeasure of being associated with. FE is the only thing I dislike about my neighborhood. A hard rain results in an automatic power outage. I’ve lived all over the world as a military brat, ADSM, military spouse and military mother and have never encountered such a non dependable company as FE. On the days that I know for sure a storm is coming I work in one of my local offices as opposed to from home. Even when I work in my north GA offices or stay over night in a hotel I never encounter power outages during a storm. FE needs to get it together desperately. The previous time we placed a call for an outage we were told a part had to be replaced and it wasn’t even raining that day! Does a part need replacing today as well? Thank GOD we have quite a few portable back up devices that are battery or blue tooth operated. 0 ⭐️ if I could give them. Husband and I shouldn’t have to make a special trip to Lowe’s to order a generator or search online for one.

We understand that unexpected events occur and are sometimes beyond our control. However, you could have updated your website or Facebook page to inform us of the situation. It would have been helpful to speak with someone about what was happening. Unfortunately, we were left in the dark for 5 1/2 hours on a special day, Father's Day, and it ruined our celebration.

2 days of calling and waiting on hold and getting no one. Really miss poor service, and corporate should be firing and hiring more competent workers

During an outage, customer service is pretty much non-existent. And they pretty much force you to get Flint rather than their competitor Georgia Power.
