Bought a home in June 2016 and bought OGM rights and a copy of this transfer was sent to Diversified.

After repeated calls to them nothing.

March 2018 which is 21 months after purchase of property I sent a certified letter requesting correspondence and it was signed for in mid-March. It’s April 2, 2018 and have not received one call or one cent from this company.

Before you sign off on your land and mineral rights I would avoid this company at all costs. I do not post bad reviews but after 21 months of ignorance I have no choice but to pursue other avenues.
