First, I would like to say something about another review. The complaints that were posited took place during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This strained ALL local businesses.

Secondly, the driver who services my work place on his route has worked very hard to make sure we are happy. I have worked directly with him to resolve some of the issues employees had with some vending options. He has been patient and kind. I greatly appreciate it.

I did have an issue in the past (which is why I took off a star) with the apparent owner not responding to my emails, which is why I took my issues up with the driver - who immediately resolved our issues.

Additionally, each time I have called with an issue regarding the functionality of our machine(s), it has been resolved as quickly as possible.

I contacted this business to gather details about vending products and services. The lady who answered the phone was terribly annoyed. Question after question that I asked, she seemed to be aggravated. My questions weren't silly they were about equipment and costs. Pardon me if I am not apart of the daily business, that is why I was asking the questions. I finally got frustrated by the lack of enthusiasm and hung up. I'll take my business elsewhere.
