Everything from Apollo was easy, straightforward, and honest. Matt, the sales guy, was patient and made answered all of our many questions before the contract was signed. Importantly, he was upfront about the challenges in a system duo to our particular circumstances and did not over promise the system just to get the sale.

The design team were quick, communicative and efficient. The install took less than a day, and they were also communicative. They left the job site very clean, as well. Will recommend to anyone looking for solar.

Very pleased with a story! Our solar system was installed by another company who went bankrupt within a few months after the installation. Our whole solar system stopped working within two years. Long story short, we found Apollo Energy! They helped us transfer the system to them, replace the damaged inverter under a warranty and they repaired the loose connection on the roof panels. Their electricians were very respectful, great communicators, and quick with their repairs! Their office, AMAZING! I appreciated the great communication, clear understanding on what was being done, when, and how much it was going to cost. They were very kind even though I was grumpy, due to my disappointment of the original company who installed the system. Thank you for the great work, Apollo Energy Team!

He did a wonderful job trying to troubleshoot the reason why my solar system wasn’t working. He was very polite young man with good knowledge he definitely knows what he’s talking about. Apollo provided us with a wonderful solar system and also great customer service…even when our roofing company blamed them for a leak in our roof. They patiently came to our home and helped with diagnosing the problem until, finally, the roofers found the leak - that the roofers had created.
