They are only out to screw you over. They make a transfer of electricity nearly impossible. I am personally ready to move out of Siloam Springs just to get away from the utilities. They will also shut your power off when it’s below freezing, even with a newborn in your home. They will also blame all their own mistakes on you, then they will overcharge you for them. Nothing short of a monopoly. Please consider this if you are considering moving to Siloam Springs Arkansas.

Thank you to our City Electric and Street Department for working together on my easement.. recently purchased a home that was poorly managed for a long time. The Street and Electric department worked to clear that 15 plus year mess!! In a timely manner I might add. So for clearing out the snakes , shrubs and dead trees.

These people stole my money and then sent creditors after me years after the fact. Considering the economy and how business operators operate in this "city", it may be a incredibly good idea to reconsider the idea of moving to siloam springs or consider moving away if you already live there.
