My experience with Renew Country has been very disappointing. I started out with CitizenRe and then for whatever reason, they sold out to Renew Country. I have had one problem after another and when I try to contact them, no one replies from the customer service dept. I make several calls and email them all without response until I just do not send them payment. The first time I did this, I did not send a payment for six months before they finally called me. And this time, I need the panels removed so I can put a new roof on my house. They have not responded to my calls or emails. And just yesterday December 24, 2016, the inverter and some of the panels caught fire. Had my wife not been home in time and called me, we probably would have lost our home. i want the panels removed from the roof and put on stands. I do not want to lose my home to solar panels.

I am very disappointed with renew country. I would not suggest anyone that wants solar panels to go with this company. I have been trying to contact them for over a week via phone calls and emails. I have been leaving voice mails each day with no response. Have sent an email with no response either. My roof is leaking and i have to have it replaced and can not do so due to these people not responding to my phone calls or emails. These people are not organized at all. Very disappointed. At this point i would rather have them removed and not have to deal with this at all.

This company is the worst! My panels aren’t working properly, they are serving me little to no use right now. I’ve called every phone number on their website but haven’t reached a soul. Hilariously when you get the voicemail message, they mention that the phone call will be returned within 24 hours. I’ve recently left 6 messages and sent an inquiry through their website...no response. I suppose they bought the previous owners out and are getting our leasing payments but have no intentions of servicing the accounts.

They are terrible. I also started out with Citizen Re and they sold to this craphole of a company. I have been trying to contact them for months by phone and email. They never answer and do not return calls. They also do not respond to email. I wish we had never gotten the solar panels.
