I wish we had another option for water they have no leeway or give for any situation very heartless have no problem inconveniencing there customers but not willing to help them or give any sort of help when asked and will disconnect on the 20th no matter your situation even if you pay half or all but 1 dollar they will disconnect and charge you 25 to reconnect there water is horable on top of that constantly getting letters that there is somthing new wrong with the water

Website for Mansfield Water and Sewer Division is very difficult to navigate. It takes a lot longer than it should to update basic information. I have also found that the staff answering phone calls is pathetic and VERY LAZY. They do not want to help customers and seem to hate their job. Advice to customer service folks at Mansfield Water and Sewer Division, you need to work somewhere else and especially not in a customer service capacity. Maybe you should be picking up the trash since you don't want to work with people. To this division, get a better updated website. I hope every person working at this place has to also use this poor pitiful website because it is awful. The customer service people are awful and give out a lot of bad attitude. You deserve getting it right back at you because you are mean people!!! I feel sorry for how disabled and elderly people are mistreated by all of you. I would change companies, but this is the only option so obviously this is why they mistreat customers.

Told me the drive thru would be open til 4 and I got there at 3:45 and they had closed it early! AFTER telling me she would be there til 4, knowing I was on my way. Psh.

They no longer accept credit or debit cards for payment. No online site to make a payment. We are in the 21st century Mansfield Water Department. Thank you for the inconvenience to your customers.
