Horrible service. Charged me twice for electric bill causing an overdraft fee and refusing to refund me my money or covering the over draft fee. Very rude and unprofessional.

Check out there solar rates. They are a joke I have a 10kw system and it saves me 16 dollars a month. They charge you 46 dollars just to be connected. Talk about a scam of a deal. If your thinking about going solar and having your system tied into the grid good luck

Love the service this company will work with you about a year ago I had a electric box go out on my pole. They worked with me on a payment plan and also came to my house within 45 mins. The good thing is I can recall the power being out 4 times within 4 year period

Have had this company for over 25 yrs. The people have to pay all the the costs while the Company gets profits. Ridiculous charges. Of my 300 bill only 185 was actual usage. The rest were charges.

I have watched the men who work at this Co-op my entire life, and I can tell you that they genuinely care about their customers. The “small town” attitude others complain about is the same thing that causes these men to get to know their customers personally, and go the extra mile to help when they’re in need. They know by memory which customers are medically fragile & need to be back up first. They work in some of the worst weather conditions, & miss time with their families to make sure everyone’s power is back on during & after storms. Being a lineman is a dangerous and often thankless job, but these men never complain.
Unfortunately, no one has anything to say until there’s a problem, & then they just complain, or come leave a bad review here. So, if you see one of these hardworking men, please tell them how thankful you are for all that they do.

Very rude disrespectful ppl nothing but problems out off them. They stole 80 $ from me then said they made a mistake after they denied it all. Sent me 80 back then stole it back and now poof it's gone. Worst electric company ever. They made me put one star but really it should be negative 4 star

Had a power issue the other day and the service man came out within an hour of calling. He was very prompt and polite. When I called to report the issue the lady that answered the phone and the engineer were both very polite and friendly. Overall, great experience!
