Bring back center point energy! I sent in my lease agreement 3 days ago and literally it's only one page! How does it take y'all going on 4 days tomorrow to even let me know if I will have gas! I would like hot water! This is ridiculous! I've never had problems with center point when they were here. Also when I call they won't tell me nothing except I haven't been approved yet! Now I have to sit in my home all weekend with no freaking hot water!

I had no issues until I changed banks & tried to change bank draft info. It’s been 2 months & they’re still drafting from my old account. The website is CRAZY slow & it takes forever to navigate, then it tells me I can’t change my auto pay because someone else set it up Yeah..Sunmit got the info from the previous company when they switched over! I have a full time job & shouldn’t have to take off work to get payment info updated. Crazy!!!

If I could give a negative thousand star review, this would be it. A monster first bill on my empty house. It's been empty for 2 years while we remodeled. Remodel was well over by the time they took over. Nothing is hooked to gas and running. I told them that and they refused to come out and look, only looked at a computer and told me that it was used. Everyone in this state is dealing with this, but on a vacant house Crooks, crooks. I can't pay it due to waiting on disability, so I can't sell my house, and don't think I should have to pay it! The bull was nearly $400 and I was current every month with Centerpoint until Summit took over

Summit utilities customer service is absolutely ridiculous. It took my tenant 6 weeks to get the gas turned on in her name because of all the hoops you have to jump through with your lease because people have not paid their last bill. and then on top of that they turned it on in her name but they didn't turn the gas on they told her to get a plumber or the landlord to do it. However when it was CenterPoint energy they had the most amazing customer service and the most amazing technicians that would come out and light your appliances for you. Due to all the problems that I've had out of summit utilities I will never have gas in my home. there are company that is greedy and out to get your money and that's all they care about. I am not impressed at all. You're here to take everybody's money and harass them!

Extortionate practices they said on the cutoff slip 180.39+ 20.00 reconnect fee. No problem paid it. They did not restored service. Then they charge me another 194 the next day before they restored service tomorrow because it was paid to late. They need to rectify the situation.

The Customer service are rude. They get smart with you and not helpful at all. They don't listen and this company is way too high! I will use electric heaters an my stove before I turn on my gas central unit. Using gas will be my last option!

Summit Utilities took advantage of it's residents upon taking over Centerpoints contracts. 1 month bills were more than customers had been paying for total bills for a year. I've been in the real estate property management business for over 20 years and have never seen residents cheated like this! $200 and $300 Gas Bills for apartments

My bill literally tripled within 1 month. My may bill was 57$ this month is 186$. I will be canceling my gas service. All I use gas for is my hot water heater. I'll convert it for those prices good luck summit.
