I am an HVAC contractor and I brought in Tyler to work on a particularly sticky problem. I introduced him to the homeowner and let him take the reins. Tyler delivered. It is evident that he knows his business and has the tenacity to search a problem to the bottom. I recommend him gladly.

I work for a very reputable commercial contractor in the Charlotte, NC area and received a tip from a co-worker (one of the best Sr. Superintendents in the business) that I should use Tyler & his company for my situation with my personal residence. I reached out and explained the complexity of what I was dealing with, and Tyler just absorbed everything I was telling him. Once I was done explaining, he blew me away with how super knowledgeable he was at deciphering my issues. I realized at this point that I should’ve hired Tyler from the beginning to help design the HVAC needs of my home & I wouldn’t be in the position I was in.
See, I was in a brand-new custom home where the original general contractor & HVAC contractor failed to properly design & install the needs for the home. I was not able to effectively control a safe & comfortable environment for my wife and kids despite having high-end equipment installed. As unfortunate litigation pursued, I hired Tyler to represent my wife and I as a subject matter expert witness to our case. Ultimately, Tyler was fantastic with breaking down each issue through a very detailed and thorough report he had developed from several investigative visits to our residence. The legal team representing the GC & HVAC contractor could not rebuttal anything Tyler presented because he was speaking fact and truth.
Winning our case was great news to us and the largest most complex component was in the hands of Tyler and his testimony. Winning aside, we now live in our forever home that has HVAC with proper design by Tyler & his company and provides a safe and comfortable space for our family. I highly recommend Home Energy Solutions, Inc. for your HVAC needs!

This guy knows his stuff. -Literally blew my mind about how the HVAC in my house actually works. Tyler also showed me why my upstairs system runs constantly in the summer and was never able to cool. I’m 100% glad that we didn’t let another contractor talk us into a ‘bandaid’ fix. Would call again.

They were incredibly knowledgeable and thorough to find a solution to a problem we couldn't find a resolution to for over a year. They found the problem and fixed it. On top of that, they communicated well, were timely, honest, and fair priced.
