As a Realtor and someone who manages multiple properties, I'm always looking for excellent service providers. I contacted HydroClean of Conway LLC about doing all the concrete surfaces at a property. They got back quickly with a quote, had me on the schedule, and finished the job a few days later with no issues. They did such a great job I had them come back and do the house a couple of weeks later. They show up when they say they will, communicate well, and know what they're doing. I have no reservations about referring clients to them or contacting them in the future for additional work.

I’m writing this review as a warning to others after a terrible experience with HydroClean of Conway. I hired their pressure washing service on 9-7-24 and was left feeling ripped off and disappointed.

The technician arrived late, claiming that he was stuck behind traffic. The work itself took longer than expected, and when it was finished, my driveway and sidewalks looked very little better than they did before. In fact, some areas even had stripes and streaks.

When I brought these issues to their attention, HydroClean’s management responded by saying that they had no record of me or the job. They essentially dismissed my concerns and refused to take any responsibility for the poor workmanship. It was like they were trying to sweep the whole thing under the rug. They even told me if I were to leave a bad review that they would say I am an angry competitor!

I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was just an isolated incident. But after multiple attempts to get in touch with someone who would listen and try to make things right, I’ve come to realize that HydroClean’s customer service is non-existent.

If you’re considering hiring HydroClean of Conway, be warned: they may promise the world but deliver nothing but subpar work and poor communication. Their lack of accountability and willingness to take responsibility for their mistakes makes me question whether they’re even worth trusting.

We hired HydroClean from out of state to do our dad’s house and vinyl fence. What an amazing job!! JD went out of his way to make sure Dad was taken care of. Very reasonably priced and meticulous attention to detail. Highly recommend!!

I've used JD and Hydroclean several times to clean the walk-way leading to my house as well as cleaning the brick on my entire home. He was very professional in addition doing a superb job on the cleaning. If you need your home power washed to get all the day-to-day grime off, I recommend JD and Hydroclean.
