The installation is as fast as the internet!

Before you call to request service, make sure you know and mark where you want the fiber line run in your yard and house!

My wife and I have lived in an internet dead zone for the last seven years. Connect2First's fiber internet has brought gaming and streaming back into our lives. The only time we used customer service was to request the internet. They kept us informed through every step of the installation process.

Connect2First consistently exceeds their advertised speeds and we have had zero issues with connectivity. The DZS Mesh WiFi router they provided is more powerful than any router I have used in the past - it easily covers the entire square footage of our home without needing any repeaters.

We could not be happier with this service!

I'm only giving a 5 star review at the moment because I called to get wifi set up at my new place and they said it could take up to 30 days since my area isn't set up for it yet, they have to get some guys out here to add it to the power pole instead of in the ground. Called a day or two ago but they are already out here this morning working on it. I appreciate that! Once my service has been installed I will update my review. So far so good though! Waaayyyy better than optimum. I don't care if Optimum was the only place in my area, I will NEVER use them again!

Customer since they installed in the area. Faster than advertised speed. Great & prompt tech support when needed. I had an accident in the yard with my buried conduit and they repaired it for no additional charge. That's A+ service in my book

Awful install.
Well, not sure it was worth it. First crew called and said they had to get a part and would be back next week, turns out they hit our sewer line and left it exposed and backing up in the backyard over the weekend until plumbers could get out. Of course they didn't tell me I found out the next day when I walked out to the back. Left a large roll of cable that its still sitting in our backyard and and unfinished trench open in our backyard. Damaged landscape timbers.

Waiting now over 8 weeks to get my mother-in-law’s service connected. Zero communication in why the delay and you can’t talk to anybody except the customer service agent who all she does is take a message. No one ever calls back except the customer service agent. As far as I can tell they are not accountable to anyone. Calling the Public Service Commission this afternoon.

Leaving a review on a utility company is pretty silly because you’re GOING to pay them whether you like it or not because most of the time they’re a monopoly in the area but I have to say, calling the 7 day a week tech support line and getting a helpful local native english speaker is worth it’s weight in gold. Shout out to Billy, I don’t even care that my internet isn’t working he made my night.
