Undependable and untrustworthy company!!
This company come out and did a home energy audit and their plan of attack to improve the efficiency of my home was great!
A month later I received a phone call on a Monday afternoon from a manager Tom who informed me he had me on his schedule for Thursday and Friday but I told him I would have to call him back and let him know. I tried calling him back later that Monday night then again Tuesday and Wednesday and never returned my call.
Not knowing whether they were going to show up or not my mother-in-law was at my house that Thursday morning at 7:00 a.m.. they never showed up never called nothing! Told my mom at about 11:00 to go home. That Friday morning I called the same number again for Tom and left a message told him I was dissatisfied and to please just send my audit back to the state so another company could take care of it. About 7:00 that Friday night my phone rings and it's Tom with the company, when I answer I respond dude I've tried to call you numerous times and he immediately cut me off hollering and cussing at me telling me I was an a****** and didn't understand that his mother was sick and that was more important. I hung up unbelievable attitudes from them. About 2 weeks later I get a phone call from a private number I don't answer private or blocked numbers and it was Tom leaving a voice message again but being very vague on who he was and asking me to call the company back. a few days later a company female representative called me wanting to reschedule my appointment and I informed her I wasn't happy and instead of her being apologetic she immediately got nasty with me and blamed another employee for Tom's actions!

Unbelievable people if this company calls you wanting to schedule an audit pass go with another they are undependable and untrustworthy!

This company weatherized and insulated my house beautifully my heat and AC works so effectively now and my energy bills were cut in half after the wonderful job this company has done
