UPDATE AT BOTTOM: I've used Keith's for both AC and heating. Of the times I've called them with an AC or heating issue ...they are ultra fast at responding. A couple years back I called on a Sunday with an AC issue. They showed up 30 minutes later and fixed it. A+

UPDATE: On a Friday at 3pm, I had a gas leak. I called Keith's and the woman on the phone (I forget her name) was super polite. She called an employee, they left the job they were on and immediately came and fixed my gas leak. If you're looking for someone with heating or air conditioning, give your business to these guys. They bust their ass to get things done. Alex was the person that showed up to repair the gas leak. He was, as always, polite, knowledgeable, and had answers to my questions. Even though it was a Friday around 5pm by the time he started working on it, he was as nice as could be.

Called at 9:00 am and had had my AC fixed by noon, also got questions answered about my shop in floor heating system, I will definitely have them back in the fall to service that.

Keith came out almost immediately due to my heat being out. He was very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything to me. He was willing to work with the home insurance so my cost got reimbursed, which I know is a pain in the butt.

I'll never go there again. I waited a full year to see if my propane heater could be repaired. After waiting a year they quoted the repairs needed was not worth it. Come to find out it only needed a separate regulator. If you wish to waste money give them a call. They will screw you.

I called these people two weeks ago They told me they needed to order a part for my hot water heater Today they told me they never ordered the part and to call someone else lol Unbelievable How do these people stay in business? Do not call these people they will lie to you and never show up.
