I switched to Pacific Coast Energy for my residential propane deliveries several years ago, based on their excellent prices compared to others. I'm sticking with them because their service is also excellent! Deliveries are always on-schedule. Recently, I needed a service call to add an input "tee" for a new propane generator. The subsequent leak test revealed that I had some leaks. Seth took the time (4 hours!) to find the leaks (old ball-valves and a shoddy gas dryer installation) and fix them. He would not leave until I was leak-free. Much appreciated!

Everyone is so nice and considerate. Great communication and available when you need them. After calling all the propane companies these folks had the best price, a quick response time and some of the nicest folks I’ve ever worked with. Companies should follow their example

PCE is awesome. I just wish I had found them earlier. I was getting completely ripped off by Suburban Propane as they were charging me almost exactly double of PCE. I couldn't get rid of them fast enough. It's been two years and PCE is responsive and the rates are awesome. They are very easy to work with and I highly recommend them.

We are building a new home and the folks at Pacific Coast Energy have made the process of getting propane a cinch. From Lora who has helped us schedule tank delivery, arrange final inspections and our initial tank “fill” to Seth who was our on-site go to guy, all of our experiences have been amazing. Glad we chose PCE to handle our propane needs.

Seth performed our tank switch out promptly and efficiently. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very good at his job. After changing out our tank, he checked for leaks and make sure all propane appliances were working correctly. He even hooked up our Webber BBQ to the house propane. He was awesome!!! All my dealings with PCE have been great. Lora in the office is also nice to deal with. PCE has great propane prices, cheap lease arrangements and prompt service. I highly recommend them.

Pacific Coast Energy employee, Seth, installed our propane tank recently. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Later in the day there was an issue with our tank, we called Pacific Coast, and they were out the next morning with a new tank. Lora in the office was very pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Pacific Coast Energy! They have supplied our company Floral Services with propane over the years! Most recently are company moved to a bigger warehouse and they were able to accommodate our increased propane needs. They are so accommodating and the service from the driver to Lora in the office are professional and so friendly! They deserve 5-stars!
