Very rude to my wife when she was asking for a quote. Yes, she was anxious and asked a lot of questions but their response was to be snippy and insulting - "This will be the last time we tell you we can handle it" and " We've had enough of your drama and endless texting"

Those are direct quotes from the owner of the company.

Someone that cannot deal with multiple questions regarding a big stressful job should not be dealing with the public.

Needless to say she found a much better company to work with.

I had Benjamin remove a large branch that had broken off of my juniper tree and also take out an 6 inch pine tree I no longer wanted. He did both of those in a very fine matter, including removing the main root ball of the tree! His only problem was a lack of the proper tools, which did make it much harder to do both jobs. But he got it done and I am very pleased. Will use his services again.
