Great customer service! Called on Wednesday needing a Tesla wall charger installed. They were very knowledgeable in what I needed they have the whole process down and didn’t miss a beat. Came out on Friday to look at the job got me in same day and was finished before I got home with the car. The whole process was seamless everyone was professional highly recommend.

Geoff Marquardt did a great job on the aesthetics of the installation of our Tesla wall charger. My wife appreciated what a polite and capable professional he was since she was the one present for the install, and making the final decision. He arrived right when he said he would and did a nice job of asking and helping her consider where we’d like the unit and its accompanying conduit positioned. His professional input was useful to her as well. Thank you, Geoff.

Between my wife working with Daniel Hancock, the owner, on the phone to get a reasonable ballpark quote for the job, in advance, to his subsequent helpful emails, this was an all-round excellent customer experience. Keep up the good work you guys. We will recommend your company to any who might need similar work done here in the lowcountry. In fact we already have, the same week our install was completed.

Our company used SuperGreen Solutions to replace our existing parking lot lights with new LED fixtures. Daniel and his team did a remarkable job during the installation phase and the cost of the project was by far much less than any other quotes that I received. The project is now complete and I couldn't be happier. We now have a brightly lit parking lot and should reduce our utility rates and repair cost substantially.

These guys are the experts on solar energy and particularly in our case, Tesla products. We offered a bit of a challenge to install a Tesla charger. 100+ year old remodeled home in downtown Charleston SC with an overloaded electric panel. Bill and Spike consulted, listened and advised then ultimately installed the perfect solution for us, including getting all the required Charleston permits. Very happy and would definitely recommend!

We had a pair of Tesla chargers installed in the garage of our new-to-us house. As far as customer service goes, I don’t think it gets any better than what SuperGreen provides. They are by far the friendliest company that I have ever worked with. Also, they had the chargers already in stock. This made the whole process so much easier and expeditious. We went from a quote over the phone to a completed install within a week. On the day of the appointment, the technician showed up on time, and again brought that excellent customer service. The final product setup was better that we had hoped. No mess left behind, and a clean look. I would 100% use them for any future work that I may need.
