Only good thing about this casino are the clean bathrooms. Terrible service in the grand cafe. The server disappears after taking your order, someone else delivers the food, and the hostess cashes everyone out because the server never returns. Hotel staff sent us to the 12th floor when they booked us a room on the second floor and they are “out” of tooth paste but we can go buy some in the gift shop. Bartenders at the mason jar bar are slow and one of them ignores guests until you wave her over. Also $8 for a beer is ridiculous. Not to mention all their liquor tastes like water. Terrible experience overall.

Bathrooms are up to date and very nice unlike most convenience or gas stations/stores. Very nice staff as well

Parking lot was clean and not too crowded, and upon entering the store the line was long but wait time was minimal. The attendant was very polite and helpful. On my way out, I was sucked into the game room like a vortex and left broke as hell. Lol

I have never felt so violated like I did tonight One of the managers or whoever he was was so rude And was question about my service dog. They said since February 1st of this year you cannot have a service dog. I have never received anything about not having any service dogs coming in Casino. We did not see any signs or anyone telling us while coming in that we couldn't have a service dog. We arrived at 3 o'clock pm this afternoon and they kicked us out at 12 o'clock am.I honestly feel that this person was targeting me and I felt very uncomfortable And violated by this soo called manager or security Thank God I had family and friends around me otherwise I don't know what would have happened And this happened February 5th #choctaw #Durant And he covered his batch for me not to get his name and threaded me when I started recording him

This is always the “welcoming stop” before pulling into the casino/hotel. This store is always well-stocked with the last-minute items and other essentials one may have forgotten. In addition, there’s also a decent selection of various snacks and the like— ones you won’t find elsewhere.

.50 cents for every bet on black jack when the odds are already against you? $7 bucks for a Modelo Dealer tried to take our money on a push and would have had we not said anything. I guess that's a casino. But I've had much more fun at others, especially the ones in my home town of KC. Second time here and won't be back.
